Shin is uniquely positioned to support engineer-founders in Japan with his deep technical experience as a former developer as well as his operational experience as CEO of Skype Japan K.K. and as a Partner at Atomico for several years. Shin received his Bachelor's degree from the Keio University in physics. Kauffman Fellow from Class 20.

Ryusuke is Co-Founder of MIRAISE. Ryu started his career as a Web, mobile and game developer at ACCESSPORT K.K. and KAYAC K.K. After that he co-founded TRUNK K.K. as CTO. Ryu is teaching Web at Digital Hollywood University since 2016.

Megumi is PR & Comms Manager at MIRAISE. She helps MIRAISE portfolio companies PR and Comms strategy, as well as MIRAISE’. She started her career at a foreign-affiliated PR agency and involved in various projects including PR and lobbying of ATOMICO and other tech companies. After that, she joined LANCERS Inc. and decided to make local community building and helping people to be happy with their work through IT. Over a three year period, co-established businesses offering new ways to work with 23 local governments. Board director of Government Relations Association/ Sharing Economy Evangelist, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Japan.
